No card is required for the free Hobby Seal tier. We collect this only so invoices look believable if you ever upgrade.

4. Verify it's really you

Account creation requires email verification by GetVerified. Upload the .verified attestation file they issued you. It must attest the same address you gave in step 2 — we create the account for the address that was verified, not merely for one you can supply an attestation alongside.
